THE CHALLENGE

SCALING UP THE EXPERIENCE

After a successful first tour, Jack Shore’s I Guess Tour 2 was all about taking things to the next level. Bigger venues, bigger crowds, and higher expectations meant we had to expand and refine every aspect of the production—without losing the intimate, high-energy experience that made the first tour so special.

A SHOW THAT ADAPTS

Rather than a one-size-fits-all performance, we curated custom setlists for each city—tweaking the pacing, song choices, and transitions to match the energy of each crowd.

This helped us balance the fine line between a DJ-driven dance night and an artist-led live show, making sure the audience stayed engaged from start to finish.

A Stage That Reacts

Jack Shore doesn’t just perform—he controls every aspect of his music live. We took that further by linking the lighting system to his performance, using MIDI-triggered cues to make certain fixtures react in real-time to his drumming and sound triggers. FOH could choose which lights were active, balancing his live control with a dynamic stage design.

HOMEY YET DYNAMIC

We blended home and stage to create a visual contrast that shaped the energy of the show. House lamps, the kind you’d find in a cozy living room, gave the stage an intimate, familiar warmth. But they weren’t just for decoration—they were fully programmed to pulse, shift, and intensify with the music.

This contrast created a push and pull—one moment drawing the audience into a personal, home-like atmosphere, the next launching them into a high-energy spectacle. This shifting dynamic kept the experience immersive, even in much bigger venues.

THE CROWDS PERSPECTIVE

Instead of a traditional camera setup, we let the audience take control. A single camera, operated from the crowd, captured the energy and immersion of the show from their perspective, making the final recording feel just as intimate and dynamic as the live experience.  Click here to watch.

MUSIC

VISION.

I Guess Tour 2 wasn’t just an upgrade—it was an evolution.

The challenge was scaling the experience for bigger venues while keeping it just as personal, immersive, and engaging as before.

From customized stage design to audience-driven live recordings, this tour was a perfect example of how Stage Black transforms music into vision.
